Tasting Notes
The warm 2018 vintage brings impressive power to the typically bright fruit profile of this single vineyard wine from the village of Couchey. Aromas of warmed strawberries and brambles lead into a powerful yet focused palate with generous fruit supported by vibrant acidity. The mouthfeel is silky, with smooth, ripe tannins prolonging the finish and delivering complexing soil and charcuterie notes which are a signature of the commune.Cellaring
