2007 Chardonnay
Selected Chardonnay grapes from the Porongurup region have been hand picked and whole bunch pressed, using slow wild ferments in small French oak barrels to produce a wine with complex aromas of cashew, grapefruit and lemon blossom. The palate structure is fine and elegant with great oak integration, generous mouth feel and palate length.

2007 Pinot Noir
Selected Pinot Noir Grapes from Mount Barker, Porongurup and Denmark regions have produced an intense and complex wine with aromas of cherry fruits and “earthy” barnyard complexity. The palate’s structure is fine and elegant with soft, velvety tannins, generous mouth feel and fantastic palate length.

2007 Shiraz
Shiraz grapes were selected from single sites in Wilyabrup, Margaret River and Frankland, Great Southern to provide intense blueberry and spicy plum aromas with complex earthy and soy sauce notes. The stylish and richly textured palate is complemented by a finely layered tannin structure and great persistence.
